| Dr. Suzanne Rivchun, B.S., D.C. is a December 1990 graduate of Life University, where she is an instructor and mentor for the PEAK program which assists currently enrolled students with a hands - on chiropractic externship. As a student, Dr. Rivchun received additional training and certification in x-ray and adjusting techniques and was recognized and rewarded for her outstanding clinical excellence. She is proficiency rated in Activator Technique which is a state of the art chiropractic technique that is gentle and low force. Attending a minimum of 24 hours a year of continuing education is the least that Dr. Rivchun does to keep up with the latest and most effective chiropractic treatments. In 1994, she and a group of metropolitan Atlanta chiropractors started Peak Performance Chiropractors. This volunteer organizations’ main focus was to attend sporting events and educate the public on the importance and benefits of using chiropractic while exercising and training for both competitive and non-competitive athletic events. Dr. Rivchun is a charter member of the Alliance of Women Chiropractors, Inc as well as member of various professional organizations. She is listed in the National Dean’s List, has been interviewed in various publications and has been featured on local radio. Dr. Rivchun for the last 20 years gives back to the community by every year choosing a charity to donate her services to. Some of the many organizations include Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Guardian Angels for Soldiers Pets, Chris’s Kids, Humane Society, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Helping Hands, Atlanta Women’s Shelter, P.A.W.S Atlanta, Good Mews, Susan B. Coleman’s Race for the Cure and American Cancer Society. Dr. Rivchun is licensed in 4 other states besides Georgia. She has been a resident of Georgia for 34 years. Lives with her husband in Marietta and is currently in private practice in Atlanta near Piedmont Hospital. Dr. Rivchun is an active member in the community and is available for public speaking engagements and consultations. |
